Affiliate Attestation Agreement

Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ChartAdddicts ("Company") and the undersigned Affiliate ("Affiliate") upon acceptance into the ChartAddicts Partnership Program. 1. Purpose & Eligibility The Affiliate agrees to promote ChartAddicts services, which provide education to day traders. ChartAddicts does NOT provide financial advice or sell any registered financial products. To be eligible, the Affiliate must be a Diamond Member and receive approval from the ChartAddicts Core Team before joining. 2. Affiliate Responsibilities & Promotion Guidelines The Affiliate may drive customers to ChartAddicts through the website, free weekly webinars, and other approved avenues. Affiliates must use approved marketing materials and must not make misleading claims about ChartAddicts services, earnings potential, or offerings. The Affiliate must not promote unregistered financial products or make false claims about ChartAddicts' services. ChartAddicts is not liable for any damages resulting from an Affiliate's unauthorized claims, and the Affiliate is personally liable for any such actions. 3. Commission Structure & Payouts Commissions: - 15% of all sales using the Affiliate’s promo code, calculated on the net price after any discounts. - After 50 sales, the commission increases to 20%. - After 100 sales, the commission increases to 30%. Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid daily or weekly based on whether the customer’s payment is received before or after 5 PM EST. Payment Methods: Payments are made via Zelle direct transfer, wire transfer, or cryptocurrency. Minimum Sales Requirement: The Affiliate must generate 3 sign-ups before receiving commission payouts. Commissions will be paid on each additional sale beyond 3 sign-ups. 4. Restrictions & Termination Affiliates are prohibited from: Violating any terms of this Agreement. Stealing or misusing Company information. Owning or affiliating with competing services. The ChartAddicts Core Team may terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time, for any reason, at its discretion. If an Affiliate is terminated for cause, they will forfeit unpaid commissions. Otherwise, unpaid commissions will still be honored. 5. Legal & Dispute Resolution This Agreement is governed by the laws of Virginia, USA. Mediation and communication are preferred over legal action, but this Agreement is legally binding and will be enforced in court if necessary. By signing, the Affiliate attests that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
