General Disclaimer

Trading spot currencies involves substantial risk and there is always the potential for loss. Your trading results may vary. Because the risk factor is high in the foreign exchange market trading, only genuine “risk” funds should be used in such trading. If you do not have the extra capital that you can afford to lose, you should not trade in the foreign exchange market. No “safe” trading system has ever been devised, and no one can guarantee profits or freedom from loss.

One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk. Variables such as the ability to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses as well as maintaining adequate liquidity are material points which can adversely affect actual real trading results.

ChartsAddicts only deals with Currency and Commodity trading and does NOT offer any services regarding securities.

Privacy and Personal Information Protection Policy

In order to provide exceptional service to our valued members we may need to collect personal data in order to better understand our members. With that being said, we ensure that all personal information will be used to improve the ChartAdducts experience.

NO personal information will be sold, distributed, or shared for ANY reason with ANY agency, corporation, or firm. Personal information will be handled with responsibility in order to ensure the protection of our members.

Disclaimer for Payments and responsibility

I.) ChartAddicts operates in its official capacity through the established mediums of email, website inquiry, and personal communication.

II.) ChartAddicts holds the responsibility to ensure fair and equal access to all services to anyone with a valid membership through us.

III) ChartAddicts reserves the right to deny, withdraw, or suspend any membership on the grounds of refusal of payment, distasteful conduct, or any violations of these terms and conditions.

IV) ChartAddicts is not responsible for the financial results of our members.

V) ChartAddicts is an educational platform that operates as a consulting agency and focuses on guiding traders through the learning phase.

VI) Every member is responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate. If a payment cannot be completed then ChartAddicts holds the right to pause that members' access until payments resume.

VII) Every member is entitled to all services that correspond with their respective plan. ChartAddicts is responsible for ensuring equal and fair access to all paying members and is responsible for ensuring the timely and orderly remedy of any mistakes that come as a result of negligent management.

VIII) ChartAddicts reserves the right to change prices from time to time. The firm is responsible for ensuring that we notify members of price changes as well as ensuring accurate reporting.

IX) As a courtesy to our members; the first month payment for the member is grandfathered in and will become the permanent payment price should price increase.

X) If prices decrease then the members are eligible to refinance their plan and pay the lower of the two options. The grandfather clause for keeping the payment static is eligible for 2 months. Following two months of inactivity the trader forfeits their grandfathered cost and automatically assumes the current membership cost.

XI) ChartAddicts reserve the right to change, extend, or delay the release of any new product or service in order to ensure quality of work.

XII) ChartAddicts reserves the right to cancel, adjust, or delay the daily calls if there is a valid reason.

XIII) ChartAddicts reserve the right to delay, change, or reschedule a 1 on 1 session if there are circumstances that permit.

XIV) Any member that illegally shares, downloads, or solicits any copyright property from ChartAddicts is subject to legal repercussions in the form of civil and criminal penalties. Intellectual property of ChartAddicts is protected by U.S. IP Law through the NIP and will be upheld by law.

XV) Any attempt to re-solicit information to the public while a member of ChartAddicts is Prohibited. Educators must register in their official capacity and will be subject to the terms and conditions of an educator.

Terms and Conditions Regarding ChartAddicts Exclusive Services:

Analysis (A)

I.A) All analysis is conducted by ChartAddicts analysts. The analysis is not financial advice and is meant to represent general market information.

II.A) The solicitation of any ChartAddicts analysis or material is prohibited and protected under the Brand IP protection. This excludes all free/public analysis that is released by ChartAddicts.

III.A) Free analysis is still subject to copyright law. Any solicitation of free analysis will be in violation of these terms.

Free Consultations (B)

I.B) Consultations are offered as an opportunity to connect with the ChartAddicts consulting staff directly. These consultations act as a screening where individuals are presented with the risks of trading, making full disclosure of the capital risks.

II.B) The consultations are NOT financial advice or financial planning. This is simply a disclaimer process as well as a chance to gauge the applicants understanding of the risks associated with trading currencies.

III.B) Any information expressed during the consultation will remain confidential and will not be sold, reproduced, or used in any way other than to gauge the readiness of the applicant.

IV.B) Advice presented during the interview is not to be construed for financial advice. Any action resulting from the consultation will be at the discretion of the applicant.

Mastery Course (C)

I.C) The information provided in the mastery course is consistent with the strategies and curriculum of ChartAddicts. All information has been stress tested for accuracy.

II.C) All information in the Mastery Course is meant to serve as an educational tool. Trading is primarily psychological so the performance of the trader depends on their performance in applying the information.

III.C) All information not cited in the course is the original material property of ChartAddicts.

IV.C) Solicitation or redistribution of the Mastery Course is especially prohibited and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

One-on-One Coaching/Consultations (D)

I.D) Our consultants and coaches have been screened by ChartAddicts and have been certified through our training program to ensure their understanding of the company's strategy, beliefs, and trading style.

II.D) All consultants representing ChartAddicts must adhere to performance reviews to ensure that the information they provide is consistent with ChartAddicts.

III.D) Consultations are meant to serve as a tool for review and course correction. Our consultants do not make specific recommendations regarding investments. Consultations serve as an opportunity for the trader to reflect on the positives and negatives of their strategy and course correct in areas of deficiency.

IV.D) ChartAddicts waives all responsibility for the improper and/or irresponsible use of the information provided.

V.D) The information provided is meant to serve as a general guide for what has worked for us, and is not financial advice. We do not advise on specific investments or securities.

Bootcamp (E)

I.E) The ChartAddicts tool is meant to serve as an educational tool. The information provided is not financial advice.

II.E) The information presented is based on information stress tested by ChartAddicts for accuracy.

III.E) ChartAddicts waives all responsibility for the improper use of the information provided.

IV.E) Solicitation or redistribution of any section of the Bootcamp is subject to penalty and suspension of the users' account.

Live Trading Calls (F)

I.F) ChartAddicts live trading calls are conducted by traders approved by ChartAddicts. All educators performing these calls have a winning record and have proven their ability as traders.

II.F) ChartAddicts waives responsibility for the improper use of the information provided on these calls.

III.F) Solicitation or redistribution of the information on these calls for financial gain is subject to legal consequences. The member responsible will have their account suspended and permanently revoked depending on the severity of the violation.

Trade Signals and General Disclaimer

Violation and Consequences

Violation of these terms and conditions will result in suspension of that members' subscription with ChartAddicts. Legal consequences will be levied if the violation warrants a severe response. Civil and legal intellectual property suits will be filed through an independent legal office against anyone who solicits ChartAddicts content to non-members.

We value our members and respect their commitment to pay for our service. Anyone seeking to undermine our members by soliciting ChartAddicts content will be punished with the full severity of our legal capacity.

Cancellation/Refund policy

If a member is not provided adequate service they are entitled to cancel their membership at their discretion. Your membership will be suspended or cancelled promptly after notification to our core team.

If cancellation is due to an error on the part of ChartAddicts then current membership fees will be promptly refunded to that member.

If cancellation is a result of the member losing interest or disingenuous concerns then ChartAddicts retains the right to keep all membership fees.

If an error is made regarding payments, access, or information, and is remedied promptly, then ChartAddicts waives responsibility for liability.

If a ChartAddicts member has been treated unfairly or unequal to other members, then they retain the right to file a complaint. If the complaint is not remedied properly then the member can claim a refund and cancellation of their membership.

ChartAddicts retains the right to cancel a member's access for any willful violation of our terms and conditions. We retain the right to keep all fees and membership dues as a result of willful violations.
